Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the subscription during the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in South Carolina.
